摘  要:该文基于AMESim、ANSYS系列软件等仿真工具,建立了偏转板射流伺服阀的仿真分析模型。首先,偏转板射流伺服阀的前置级流场CFD建模仿真,实现了前置级流场性能的仿真计算;然后,以前置级CFD分析结果为基础,偏转板射流伺服阀的液压系统仿真和前置级液压模型定义;最后,建立了多种软件的联合仿真平台,实现了多种仿真软件间的调用和通信,实现了完整仿真过程的模块化、参数化。One simulation model for deflector jet servo valve was built by several software tools including AMESim, ANSYS and MAT- LAB. Firstly, the CFD computing model was built to analysis the performance of the upper stage; secondly, the hydraulic model for hydrau- lic performance of the servo valve was built, based on the result of CFD model; finally, the CFD model and hydraulic model was integrated into one simulation platform, by which the modularization and parameterization of simulating process was achieved.
