摘 要:研究了爪式真空泵曲爪型爪式转子型线的构建过程;得出半径比和爪顶圆弧角是影响转子几何结构的重要参数,进而分析了这两个参数的变化对爪式转子几何结构和爪式真空泵工作性能的影响。针对现有爪式转子型线的缺点,提出一种新型圆弧爪式转子型线;并将新型圆弧爪式转子与现有曲爪型爪式转子在气体流动和受力变形方面进行比较,研究结果表明新型圆弧爪式转子有效地提高了爪式转子的工作性能,改善其应力分布且减小其最大变形。A novel type of rotor profile, a circular arc profile, of the claw type vacuum pump was developed, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of rotor profile construction, to overcome the problems of the conventional rotor, including the poor meshing, big deformation, and low operation pressure, etc. The impact of the variables of the rotor profile, includ- ing the radius ratio and angle of claw's top arc,on the shape of the rotor and performance of the claw-type vacuum pump were analytically investigated. The gas flow field and force-induced deformation for the claw-type vacuum pumps with the newly-developed and conventional rotor profiles were numerically simulated, respectively. The simulated results show that the rotor with the modified profile outperforms the one with the conventional profile in many ways, such as improved per-formance, mcluced stress, and decreased maximum deformation of the claw rotor.
