舒适护理在急腹症腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨舒适护理在应用腹腔镜手术治疗急腹症中的应用效果。方法选择急腹症患者86例采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各43例,观察组在传统护理基础上开展舒适护理,对照组给予传统的手术护理,比较两组患者住院时间、下床活动时间、尿管留置时间、并发症、配合度及满意度等方面的差异。结果观察组患者住院时间、下床活动时间、尿管留置时间分别为（5.35±1.40）d、（10.44±3.29）h、（10.23±3.70）h,均低于对照组的（6.77±1.19）d、（18.63±5.96）h、（14.67±3.64）h,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为5.95,7.89,5.21；P〈0.01）。观察组患者并发症发生率、配合度、满意度分别为4.65%,97.67%,95.35%,均优于对照组的23.26%,65.12%,69.77%,差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为4.75,12.98,8.08；P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理可以加速术后恢复,减少并发症,提高患者就医满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing in treatment of acute abdomen laparoscopic operation. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute abdomen in the department of general surgery were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of the treatment group was treated with comfort care, while the patients in the control group used the traditional care. The length of hospitalization （ days） , the length of out-of-bed activities, catheter indwelling time （ h） , complications, cooperation degree and satisfaction level were compared between the two groups. Results The length of hospitalization （ days） , the length of out-of-bed activities and catheter indwelling time （h） were （5. 35 ± 1. 40） d, （10. 44 ± 3. 29）h, （10. 23 ± 3. 70）h in the treatment group lower than （6. 77 ± 1. 19） d, （18. 63 ± 5. 96） h, （14. 67 ± 3. 64） h of the control group （t=5. 95, 7. 89, 5. 21;P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications, cooperation degree and satisfaction were 4. 65%, 97. 67%, 95. 35% in the treatment group, that all superior to 23. 26%, 65. 12%, 69. 77% in the control group （χ2 =4. 75, 12. 98, 8. 08;P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comfort nursing can accelerate the postoperative recovery, reduce the incidences of complications and improve patient satisfaction, which is worth of clinical promoting.
