老年COPD患者自我感受负担及其影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年COPD患者自我感受负担及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷与自我感受负担量表（ SPBS）对2013年3月—2014年2月304例老年COPD患者进行调查分析。结果304例患者自我感受负担的中位数为21.0分，平均数为（26.2±13.2）分。患者在不同年龄、居住地、文化程度、家庭月收入、病情严重程度、主要照顾者等方面的自我感受负担得分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、病情严重程度等4方面是患者自我感受负担的预测因子（P〈0.05），共解释自我感受负担得分的总变异量为85.7%。结论多数老年COPD患者存在一定程度的自我感受负担，患者的年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、病情严重程度是严重影响患者自我感受负担的主要因素。Objective To study the self-perceived burden and its influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD ） . Methods General data questionnaire and self-perceived burden scale were used to investigate 304 cases of elderly patients with COPD from March 2013 to February 2014.Results For 304 patients, the median was 21. 0, and the average was （26. 2 ± 13. 2）. The scores of different age, place of residence, educational level, family monthly income, illness severity, caregivers of self-perceived burden were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The age, educational level, family monthly income, illness severity were the predictor of self-perceived burden of the patients （P 〈0. 05）, the total variance of self-perceived burden score in a total of interpretation was 85. 7%. Conclusions The majority of elderly patients with COPD has a certain degree of self-perceived burden. The patient′s age, educational level, family monthly income, and illness severity are the main factors influencing the self-perceived burden for patients.
