中国传统文化海外传播的发展研究——以印度创办的第一个“孔子学院”为例

摘　　要：在社会高速发展的今天,孔子学院面临着许多需要探讨和解决的问题与挑战。泰戈尔和谭云山创办的印度国际大学中国学院作为中国传统文化海外传播机构的成功范例,能够为孔子学院未来发展提供重要的启示。作者根据该学院的办学特色,分别对孔子学院的师资与东道国合作机构的配置、学院发展的目标与课程设置、文化学会的创办3个方面进行分析,试图将中国学院的成功经验应用于孔子学院的未来发展模式中。孔子学院要朝着特色化、多样化的方向发展,成为中国与世界各国文化交流和友好交往的平台。Along with its high speed of development, the Confucius Institutes have faced with many problems and challenges. Cheena Bhavana, constructed by Rabindranath Tagore and Tan Yunshan as a successful model of institutes for overseas dissemination of Chinese traditional culture, has significant referential meaning for the future development of the Confucius Institutes. This paper summarizes its unique running principle, such as the allocation of qualified teachers and cooperative mechanism with host countries; the installment of teaching objectives and courses; the establishment of cultural associations. The Confucius Institutes, as platforms for cultural exchanges and friendly communications between China and other countries in the world, should develop towards a specialized and diversified direction.
