摘 要:以教育主管部门为评价主体,将过程评价与结果评价结合起来,从管理制度、师资条件、教学安排和教学效果4个方面,构建了高校创业教育综合评价指标体系。利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立了高校创业教育模糊数学评价模型,并以天津两所大学为例进行了实证分析。结果表明,评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型的构建,不但能够对高校创业教育进行总体评价和单项评价,而且能够进行高校之间横向比较,清晰地呈现出评价对象的优势与不足。Educational authorities departments as the evaluation subject, this paper designs the index system of comprehensive quality evaluation of college entrepreneurship education from four aspects including management system, number and human resource condition, education system, and teaching effects. Based on the index system, this paper establishes the mathematical evaluation model of college entrepreneurship education quality by combining Analytic Hierarchy Process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, two colleges in Tianjin have been taken as an example for the empirical analysis. The results show that the index system and fuzzy mathematical model can be used to assess not only the whole project but also individual aspect of the project and the superiorities and defects of the project can be noticed explicitly.
