摘　　要：详细介绍了过滤工业粉尘用覆膜滤料的研发和示范应用。通过对基材结构设计及制备技术,基材的表面改性技术,膨体聚四氟乙烯(e-PTFE)滤膜的制备和高温热压间隙覆合技术等关键技术的研究开发,制备具有低阻高效和长寿命特点的覆膜滤料,其能够满足水泥、电力等行业的粉尘排放达到最新环保要求。This article presents the research and application of membrane filter for filtration of industrial dust. The low-resistance ,high-efficiency and long-life membrane filter has been made by developing key technologies such as structural design and preparation of base material, surface modification of base material, preparation of expanded polytetrafluorethylene（e-PTFE） membrane and hot press compositing. The filter can satisfy the latest environmental requirement for dust separation in cement and electric power industries.
