摘  要:为减少大压降给水管道振动和噪声,确保船舶汽水系统的稳定循环特性,以某船用大压降给水管道为原型,采用CFD数值模拟的方法分析六级同心孔板和六级偏心孔板的压降特性、流场结构及湍流脉动规律,计算结果表明,六级偏心节流孔板适用于大压降短管距的船舶给水管路系统。数值计算的结果与理论设计吻合较好。In order to reduce vibration and noise from feed pipe with large pressure drop and ensure stable ship steam and water circle characteristics,multistage throttle orifice need to be designed reasonably. Taking the feed pipe with large pressure drop as the prototype,the CFD method is utilized to analyze numerically the pressure drop,flow field structure and turbulent distributions in detail between concentric and eccentric orifice plate. The calculated results show that the six-stage eccentric orifice plate is suitable to the feed pipeline system with large pressure drop and small space. The numerical simulation results agreed with those of theatrical design well.
