摘　　要：目的建立胰腺癌围手术期护理质量评价指标体系。方法 采用德尔菲法,由20名专家对拟定的护理质量评价指标体系进行两轮问卷咨询,获得一致性意见,初步构建评价指标体系。结果 初步构建的胰腺癌围手术期护理质量评价指标体系包含3个一级指标、7个二级指标、21个三级指标,专家对各项指标的意见趋同。结论该指标体系的构建可以规范胰腺癌围手术期的护理行为,促进专科专病护理内涵质量的提升,但尚需通过临床实践的进一步验证。Objective To establish a quality indicator system of nursing services for perioperative patients with pancreatic neoplasms. Method Delphi method was used in the study,and the quality indicator system of nursing services for patients was based on two rounds of consultation among 20 experts. Results The quality indicator system of nursing services for perioperative patients with pancreatic neoplasms consisted of 3 first-level indicators ,7 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators. Experts have the same opinions on the indicators. Conclusion Nursing behavior for perioperative patients with pancreatic neoplasms could be standardized based on the quality indicator system,and therefore improve service quality. Further theoretical and empirical study is needed to verify the quality indicator system.
