中文版儿童生活质量测定量表风湿模块13~18岁版的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的翻译儿童生活质量测定量表风湿模块(13~18岁)(Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory^(TM)3.0-Rheumatology Module,Peds QL^(TM)3.0-RM)(ages 13-18),检验中文版PedsQL^(TM)3.0-RM(ages 13-18)的信效度。方法 研究分两个阶段:第1阶段翻译并形成中文版PedsQL^(TM)3.0-RM(ages13-18),由专家小组对其表面效度和内容效度进行评定;第2个阶段采用中文版PedsQL^(TM)3.0-RM(ages 13-18)对160例青少年风湿疾病患儿进行调查,对量表的内部一致性、结构效度进行评定。结果量表总表与各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.769~0.849;总表与各维度的重测信度为0.849~0.912(P<0.01);量表内容效度(CVI)=0.94;因子分析结果共提取出5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为72.124%;公因子的含义与源量表的理论结构相符。结论中文版PedsQL^(TM)3.0-RM(ages 13-18)具有良好的信效度,可在中国文化背景下对13~18周岁风湿性疾病患儿的生活质量进行有效测量。Objective To introduce the Chinese version of Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryTM3.0-Rheumatology Module,ages 13-18 （PedsQL^TM3.0-RM,ages 13-18）, and test its reliability and validity. Methods According to the Brislin Translation Model,PedsQLTM3.0-RM（ages 13-18） was translated into Chinese. The content validity of the Chinese Version was evaluated by experts. Then the scale was tested among 160 adolescents with rheumatic diseases. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the total scale and each dimension was range from 0.769 to 0.849;the test-retest reliability coefficient of the total scale and each dimension was 0.849 to 0.912（P〈0.01）;the content validity index of the total scale was 0.94. Five factors were extracted by principal components analysis, which contributed 72.124% of the variance, and the meanings of the five factors were similar with the source scale＇s. Conclusion The Chinese version of PedsQLTM3.0-RM（ages 13-18） has been proved to be a good instrument with acceptable reliability and validity,and is qualified to assess the quality of life among Chinese adolescents with rheumatic diseases
