摘　　要：目的探讨早期吸吮棒棒糖对小儿先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后患儿胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法采用随机对照实验设计，将行先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后的患儿分为实验组和对照组：对照组给予常规护理；实验组在常规护理的基础上，术后6h开始吸吮草莓味棒棒糖，每4h1次，每次20-30min，直到恢复饮食为止。比较两组患儿术后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排便时间。结果共有58例患儿完成了临床观察，实验组和对照组各29例。实验组患儿术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间早于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后患儿早期吸吮棒棒糖有助于肠蠕动恢复．缓解术后腹胀．促进胃肠功能的恢复．Objective To evaluate the effect of early sucking lollipops on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in children after congenital eholedochal cyst excision. Methods Using randomized controlled trial design,fifty-eight children after congenital choledochal cyst excision were randomly divided into two groups. The children in the ex- perimental group sucked strawberry lollipops since 6 hours after the operation,once every 4 hours and 20-30 min- utes per time. The recovery time of bowel sounds and anal defecation was recorded. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds and anal defecation in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Sucking lollipops after operastion is effective to facilitate the recovery of bowel movement and relieve postoperative abdominal distension in children after choledochal cyst excision.
