中文版艾滋病感知歧视量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的引进Berger艾滋病（HIV）感知歧视量表并对中文版量表进行信效度检验。方法遵循量表翻译原则．对量表进行翻译、回译和文化调适，便利抽取208例艾滋病患者进行调查，使用SPSS18．0进行统计学分析，计算中文版量表的信效度。结果中文版BergerHIV感知歧视量表总的内部一致性系数为0．945，4个维度的内部一致性系数分别是：0．934、0．780、0．847、0．918，总量表的重测信度为0．819。量表内容效度指数（S-CVI）为0．865，各个条目的内容效度指数（I-CVI）为0．8～1．0，量表得分与流调中心抑郁量表得分呈显著正相关（r=0．329，P〈0．01）。结论中文版BergerHIV感知歧视量表具有良好的信度和效度，可用于评价我国HIV／AIDS患者的感知歧视。Objective To translate the Berger HIV stigma seale（BHSS） into Chinese and test its reliability and validity. Methods The Chinese version of Berger HIV stigma seale（C-BHSS） was developed through the process of translation,back-translation and cross-cultural adaptation. A convenient sample of 208 HIV/AIDS patients was inves- tigated using C-BHSS to test the reliability and validity. Results The internal consistency coefficient of the C- BHSS and four subseales was 0.945,0.934,0.780,0.847 and 0.918,respectively. The test-retest reliability of C-BHSS was 0.819. The scale content validity index（S-CVI） was 0.865,and the item content validity index（I-CVI） ranged from 0.8 to 1.0 The total score of C-BHSS was positively correlated with the total score of Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale （CES-D）（r=0.329,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The C-BHSS has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of perceived stigma among people living with HIV in China.
