摘　　要：海洋产业结构是影响海洋经济增长的重要因素。文章采用动态偏离-份额分析法,从全国海洋、江苏省域及沿海三市的视角,分析了2001-2012年江苏海洋产业结构变动对海洋经济增长的影响,发现江苏海洋产业竞争力优势很强但结构优势不明显,提出依靠科技发挥海洋产业竞争力、调整优化海洋产业结构的对策。Marine industrial structure is an important influencing factor on marine economic growth. Using the dynamic shift share analysis, the paper makes an analysis on the impact of marine industrial structure change on marine economic growth in Jiangsu province during 2001 to 2012 from the three- level perspectives of the country, the province and three coastal cit- ies in the province. The results show that the competitive advantages of the provincial marine industry are very strong, where- as its structural advantages are not obvious. The paper puts forward countermeasures to improve marine industry competitive- ness, adjust and optimize marine industrial structure based on science and technology progress.
