摘 要:资费问题、客户隐私泄露、遭受恶意侵害等事件的频发把公众视线频繁聚焦于通信服务企业。伴随着一系列制度的出台,通信行业被推上了改革的风口浪尖。社会责任成为通信服务企业必须面对的课题。文章构建了通信服务业社会责任评价指标体系,在层次分析法的原理上,使用多层次——模糊综合评价方法对通信服务业社会责任进行评价,并归纳了评价结果的应用路径,对我国社会责任的理论和实践发展形成了有益的补充和促进。Frequent incidents, such as tariff issues, customer privacy disclosure, suffering from malicious infringement, etc., drive public attention to focus on communication service enterprises. The communication industry has been pushed to the forefront of reform with the introduction of a series of institutions. Social responsibility is an issue of communication service enterprises must face. Based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the paper builds social responsibility evaluation index system for communication service industry, evaluates its social responsibility by employing multilevel-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and summarizes the application path of evaluation results. The study is conducive to complementing and promoting the theory and practice of social responsibility in China.
