摘　　要：通过对国内城市色彩规划演变历程的梳理,认为当前国内城市色彩规划编制已经具备较先进的理念和技术手段,并初步形成了较完善的技术框架,但仍存在着准确性不足,成果表达不直观,专业性与操作性不强等问题;而城市色彩规划管理则面临着地位尴尬、实施困难等问题。结合规划管理要求,认为城市色彩规划未来的发展,首先应当明确城市色彩规划在规划体系中的地位,完善其法律法规体系及管理程序,增强规划的可操作性,同时还需要提升准确性和专业程度,并提出了相应的措施。By summarizing the evolvement of urban-color planning, we consider that there are advanced concepts, means and technological frames in urban-color planning, but still lack of accuracy, expertise and operability, the expression is also not intuitive. In order to meet the needs of planning management, the urban-color planning will present following trends in the future： defining the status of urban color planning in the planning system, improving legal system and the management procedures of urban color planning; enhancing the accuracy, expertise, operability. We also give severer methods to achieve these effects.
