摘 要:目的探讨牛奶不耐受与血液中微量元素缺乏的相关性。方法检测儿童血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体,对158例牛奶不耐受病儿的全血进行铁、锌、铜、镁、钙检测分析,并与180例正常儿童(对照组)进行比较。结果158例牛奶不耐受病儿中129例(81.6%)有不同程度的锌或铁缺乏,58例同时有锌和铁缺乏,与对照组比较差异有显著性(χ2=66~145,P〈0.01)。两组血锌和血铁含量比较差异有显著性(t=5.07、4.17,P〈0.01)。结论牛奶不耐受与微量元素锌、铁缺乏具有相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between milk intolerance and deficiency of trace elements. Methods Serum levels of 14 food allergen specific IgG antibodies in children were detected. The blood levels of iron, zinc, copper, magnesium and calcium were measured in 158 children with milk intolerance and compared with 180 normal ones who served as controls. Results In 158 children intolerance to milk,129 (81.6%) of them were lack of zinc or iron, 58 of them lack of both zinc and iron at the same time, the differences were significant compared with the controls (χ2=66--145, P〈0.01). The levels of blood iron and zinc were statistically different between the two groups(t=5.07,4.17 ;P〈0.01). Conclusion The lack of microelement zinc and iron is associated with milk intolerance in children.
