集束化护理模式对MILES术后结肠造口病人并发症及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理模式对直肠癌MILES术后结肠造口病人并发症及生活质量的影响。方法将60例MILES术后结肠造口病人随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用集束化的护理模式进行护理。结果观察组病人肠造口并发症发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=10．000，P〈0．05）；且观察组病人的躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能及社会功能明显优于对照组（t=3．077～9．536，P〈O．05）。结论集束化护理模式可减少MILES术后结肠造口病人的并发症，提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of bundle nursing model on complications and quality of life patients in patients with colostomy after Miles surgery. Methods Sixty patients with colostomy after Miles surgery were equally divided into two groups in random. A conventional nursing was carried out in patients in the control group, and those in the observation group were offered bundle nursing care in addition to the conventional one. Results The incidence of complications of stoma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （χ2 = 10.000 ,P〈0.05）. The physical, cognitive, emotional, role and social functions of patients in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （t= 3.077--9.536,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bundle care model can reduce the complications of stoma and improve quality of life in patients with colostomy after Miles surgery.
