放血拔罐联合电针灸、红外偏振光治疗急性期肩周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察放血拔罐联合电针、红外偏振光治疗肩周炎急性期的临床疗效。方法选取老年肩周炎急性期患者54例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组27例,对照组患者给予超短波治疗和中频治疗,治疗组患者给予放血拔罐和电针灸、红外偏振光治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为81.5%,治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放血拔罐联合电针灸、红外偏振光治疗老年肩周炎急性期疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bloodletting cupping combined with electroacupunc-ture and polarized infrared light to treat acute periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 54 elderly sufferers with acute peri-arthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,with 27 cases in each group .The control group were treated with ultrashort wave and intermediate frequency therapy,while the treatment group were treated with bloodletting cupping combined with electroacupuncture and polarized infrared light.Results The total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 100% ,while it was 81 .5% in the control group ,which showed the clinical cu-rative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group ,and the differences were of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion B loodletting cupping combined with electroacupuncture and polarized in-frared light to treat acute periarthritis of shoulder among the elderly has remarkable clinical curative effect.
