摘　　要：目的了解空勤人员SCL-90阳性症状因子分布的特点,为更好地开展心理服务提供参考依据。方法使用全军配发的DXC系列型多项群体测试系统(DXC-5),采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对2008—2013年来北京军区北戴河疗养院疗养并按管理规定参加心理测试的4 486名空勤人员实施群体测验(其中有效问卷4 420份)。结果以因子分≥2筛查阳性症状,空勤人员总体阳性症状检出率的排序从高到低依次是:强迫症状、敌意、人际关系敏感、偏执、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、恐怖;历年各因子阳性症状检出率与空勤人员总体阳性症状检出率的排序趋于一致,个别因子阳性症状检出率的排序略有波动,但均不超过两个位次;2008—2013年各症状因子的阳性检出率呈现先升高后逐年下降的趋势。结论了解空勤人员SCL-90阳性症状因子检出率及排序的特点,能够在预防、教学和科研等方面为心理服务实践提供参考依据。Objective To study the characteristics of SC L-90 positive symptomfactors distribution among flight crewso as to provide reference for better psychological services.Methods With D X C-5 in D X C series allocated for the entire army and the symptomchecklist（SC L-90）,4 486 flight crewmembers at B eidaihe Sanatoriumof B eijing M ili-tary R egion for rehabilitation from2008 to 2013 were tested in group style（with valid questionnaires of 4 420）.Results Screening positive symptoms based on factor score≥2,the detection rates of general positive symptoms among flight crewin descending order are：obsessive-compulsion,hostility,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia ideation,somatization, depression,anxiety,psychoticism,and phobia anxiety.Positive symptoms of various factors over the years and the over-all detection rates of positive symptoms tended to be consistent,and the positive detection rate order of some symptomfactors fluctuated over the years but not more than two ranks.The positive rate of symptomfactors showed a trend of first increase and then gradual decline from2008 to 2013.Conclusion U nderstanding the SC L-90 positive symptomfactor detection rate and the ranking characteristics among flight crewcan provide the basis for the practice of psycho-logical services including prevention ,education and scientific research .
