摘 要:为提高某型叉车护顶架的整体刚度,使护顶架模态频率避开发动机最高转速激励频率,避免共振,需要对护顶架的结构进行优化。而护顶架的宏观结构、安装方式等已经确定,不允许有太大改动。在护顶架模态仿真与试验验证的基础上,考虑护顶架立柱截面尺寸的优化。运用ANSYS Design Exploration优化设计技术,得出各参数对关注频率的灵敏度,从而确定主要优化参数,达到设计目标。Protective rack of a forklift had to be optimized in assembly in order to increase its rigidity as a whole and to keep the frame's modal frequency away from energized max RPM frequency of the engine,i.e.avoiding the resonance.That the frame was fixed in terms of macro structure,installation type,etc,and no alterations would be allowed in large.Therefore,it had to consider optimizing section dimensions of the columns on the basis of the frame's modal simulation and test verifications.An ANSYS Design Exploration was adopted for the optimal design to have produced various data's sensitivity corresponding to frequencies concerned,thus deciding the main optimal data and getting the design target.
