摘  要:以某型水下液压打桩锤砧铁为研究对象,分析、解决打桩作业过程中砧铁开洞处出现多处裂纹的问题。使用Pro/E软件对砧铁及打桩锤进行三维建模,运用ANSYS Workbench软件创建有限元模型,在最大作业工况下对其进行静强度分析,得到砧铁的应力分析结果;利用ANSYS优化设计模块对砧铁开洞处的关键几何参数进行优化,并据此得到合理的砧铁模型。实际应用证明,优化后的砧铁能够满足正常使用要求。Cracks at opening of the anvil had to be analyzed and remedied,therefore,such an anvil in a hydraulic pile hammer underwater was used as an object for the study.A 3-D model was constructed by using a Pro/E software against the anvil and pile hammer,while utilizing an ANSYS Workbench software to construct a finite element model so as to have got results from the anvil analysis,which was a static strength analysis under max working conditions.Meanwhile,a module ANSYS for optimal design was used to optimize critical geometric parameters for the anvil's opening,with which to have got a logic model for the anvil.An actual application shows that such an anvil after the optimization can satisfy normal usage requirements.
