摘　　要：针对900 t级运架一体机在使用过程中出现的空载前行时部分驱动轮组打滑,空载停车后部分驱动轮组出现反转,重载前行时部分驱动轮组不转动(与地面产生滑动摩擦,致轮胎损坏严重)等故障,结合整机机械结构与液压系统原理图分析故障原因。对液压缓冲系统进行改进设计,将原系统中管路防爆阀改为液控单向阀,并增加独立控制回路,排除了该机因设计缺陷而可能产生的安全隐患。Troubles with a 900 t tunnel segments hauler were analyzed in consideration of the machine assembly and the hydraulic system to analyze the trouble cause before remedy made thereto.The hauler has been found slipping at some of the drive bogies when traveling forward with no load,some of the drive bogies turning in reverse after a brake with no load to the car-body,and when it was heavy loaded in forward traveling some of the dive bogies did not turn(in a slipping friction with the ground and causing serious damage to the tires),plus other failures.Therefore,redesign had to be done to the hydraulic cushion system that the original explosion-proof valve in the pipe circuits had to be changed to a hydrocontrolled check valve plus an independent control circuit,thus eliminating possible potential troubles to safety in terms of designed defects with the hauler.
