儋州市孕妇HBsAg、Anti-TP、HIV-Ab筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析儋州市孕妇免费筛查乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)、抗梅毒螺旋体抗体(Anti-TP)、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(HIV-Ab)三项检测结果情况,更好地提前预防母婴传播。方法 HBs Ag、Anti-TP、HIV-Ab全部用胶体金免疫层析法检测,对4 205名孕妇检测结果按年度分组进行统计分析。结果 4 205名孕妇检出HBs Ag阳性113例,Anti-TP阳性18例,HIV-Ab阳性1例,阳性率分别为2.70%、0.43%,0.02%,经统计学分析儋州市孕妇三种传染病感染情况比较阳性率有差异但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儋州市孕妇3种传染病感染情况比较稳定但是有传染风险,应做好产前宣传和教育,并积极做好产前体检,严格防止母婴传播。Objective Analysis of Danzhou city pregnant woman free screening for hepatitis B surface antigen （HBsAg）, anti syphilis antibody（Anti-TP）,anti human immunodeficiency virus antibody（ HIV-Ab）in three testing results,To bet- ter prevention of mother to child transmission in abvance. Methods HBsAg, Anti-TP and HIV-Ab all with colloidal gold immunochromatography assay for detection results, 4205 pregnant women by year were analyzed.Results A total of 4205 pregnant women were detected, HBsAg positive 113 cases, Anti-TP positive 18 cases, HIV-Ab positive 1 cases. the positive rate were 2.7 %,0.43 %,0.024 %, The statistical analysis of pregnant women in Danzhou city in three cases of infection positive rates are different but no statistical significance （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Pregnant women in Danzhou City three infectious diseases infection situation is more stable but there are infectious risk,should do the pre- natal education and publicity,and actively do a good job in prenatal examination ,strictly to prevent mother to child transmission.
