摘 要:目的探讨不同剂量槲皮素(quercetin,Q)对大鼠血清谷胱甘肽含量及其相关酶活性的影响。方法成年雄性Wistar大鼠40只,按照体质量分为对照、0.005%Q、0.05%Q、0.5%Q,每组10只。每日记录动物的摄食量,每周称量动物体质量。在喂养6 w后,处死,取血清,测定血清还原型(GSH)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性。结果与对照组比,0.05%、0.5%Q组大鼠血清GSH含量显著降低,MDA含量和GSH-Px的活性显著增高(P<0.05)。结论一定剂量的Q可以降低血中GSH的含量。Objective To investigate the effects of quercetin on serum glutathione(GSH) level and activity of related enzymes in rats. Methods Forty male Wistar rats were divided into four groups of equal size: control(CN),0.005% quercetin group(0.005%Q),0.05% quercetin group(0.05%Q) and 0.5% quercetin group(0.5%Q). Feed intake was recorded every day and body weight was recorded once a week. After 6 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and blood was collected. Serum content of reduced GSH, oxidized glutathione(GSSG), and malondialdehyde(MDA) were assessed. Meanwhile, activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), glutathione S-transferase(GST), and glutathione reductase(GR) were also measured. Results Compared with CN, the serum content of GSH was significantly decreased in both 0.05%Q and 0.5%Q groups, but the content of MDA and the activity of GSH-Px was increased in these two groups. Conclusion Certain amount of quercetin can decrease serum content of GSH which in related to the decrease of GSH synthesis and increase of GSH consumption.
