摘 要:在研究风能和太阳能混合供电优化控制中,由于供电系统存在随机性和间歇性特征使得风光系统出力波动,为合理利用储能电站较好地解决上述问题,在研究风电场、光伏电站、储能电站出力特性模型的基础上,对风光储混合电站采用了间接组合建模的方法。进一步对动态分群的风电场等值建模以及提出混合电站多时间尺度协调控制策略,在DIg SILENT/Power Factory仿真平台上搭建等值仿真模块,进行仿真,验证了模型及协调控制策略的有效性。仿真结果表明,提出的多时间尺度协调控制策略可有效平抑风光系统功率波动,保证电网安全稳定。In the study of hybrid power supply optimization control of wind and solar energy, the features of ran- domness and intermittency in power supply system bring the problems of power fluctuation for Wind - PV system. To solve this problem by the rational use of energy storage power station, wind - photovoltaic - energy storage ( Wind - PV - ES) hybrid generation station is constructed by indirect composition modeling method on the basis of research on output characteristics and models of wind farm, photovohaic plant and energy storage power station. Then, an e- quivalent modeling method based on dynamic clustering for wind farm and the corresponding multi - time scale coor- dinated control strategy for hybrid power generation station are proposed. The equivalent simulation module is estab- lished in DIgSILENT/PowerFactory simulation platform, the simulation results validate the effectiveness of the model and the coordinated control strategy. The presented multi - time scale coordinated control strategy can smooth the power fluctuation of Wind - PV system effectively and ensure the security and stability of the grid.
