摘  要:沙疗室换热是一个非常复杂的过程,目前研究多以某一种换热形式进行分析,沙体存在加热效率低、沙体垂直温度不均匀等难题。为了解决上述问题,采用自然对流和辐射耦合换热的方法,对空气和沙体间的热量传递进行研究。利用计算机仿真技术,建立了三维热物理模型。在FLUENT软件中采用了DO辐射模型,能量方程以及紊流模型,对空气的温度场、速度场以及沙体的温度场的变化进行数值仿真。实验结果表明,研究发现加热高度的变化使沙表面的辐照度变化,进而影响到加热效率。双面加热效率优于单面加热,使沙体垂直温度分布更均匀。Sand therapy room heat transfer is a complicated procedure. And there is some problems, such us low heating efficiency, and uneven vertical temperature of sand body. To solve the problem, we studied the heat transfer between the sand body adopting methods of natural convection and radiation heat transfer. A three - dimensional ther- mal physical model was established by using computer simulation technology. Numerical simulation and experimental verification were applied to the variation of air temperature field, velocity field and sand body temperature field using FLUENT software which adopts DO radiation model, energy equation and turbulent model. The study shows that vari- ation of the heating hight changes the variation of the sand surface irradiance, which affects the efficiency of heating. Double sides heating efficiency can make the sand body vertical temperature distribution more uniform and is superior to single side heating.
