丝素蛋白/壳聚糖敷料对大鼠皮肤再生作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:对丝素蛋白/壳聚糖、丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/肌肤生进行大鼠皮肤再生实验,探讨其作为皮肤再生敷料的可能性.方法 :取SD鼠16只,在双侧臀部对称性剪两个1.2 cm的圆形创口,分别放置与创面大小相当的敷料,右侧为对照组丝素蛋白/壳聚糖、左侧为实验组丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/肌肤生敷料.术后定期观察伤口变化,并对其进行组织学观察.结果 :两组材料伤口完全愈合,实验组创面愈合后较对照组更光滑、韧性与质地更好.伤口愈合时间实验组和对照组分别为(9.5±0.47)、(11±0.53)天,两组之间具有显著差异(P<0.05).随时间延长,两组创口都逐渐缩小,实验组缩小更为显著(P<0.05).病理切片观察显示两组均为正常生理反应,骨骼肌纤维细胞未见明显组织病理学改变,实验组可见骨骼肌再生.结论:两种敷料都具有皮肤再生功能,肌肤生的加入对伤口愈合的促进作用很明显,丝素蛋白/壳聚糖/肌肤生敷料适宜作为皮肤修复材料,是医用敷料的理想原料.Aim： To explore the possibility of silk fibroin/chitosan and silk fibroin/chitosan/jifusheng as skin dressing for skin regeneration with rat skin regeneration experiment. Methods： 16 SD rats were obtained, and two symmetry circular wounds with 1.2 cm diameter were cut respectively. The silk fibroin/chitosan and silk fibroin/chitosan/ jifusheng dressings were used on the right side and the left side as control group and experimental group. The effects of the wounds with dressing were observed regularly and histological examinations were performed with HE method. Results： The wounds with normal physiological response were gradually reduced with time prolonged, and completely healed after 17 days in both groups. The healing times of experimental group and control group were（ 9.5 ± 0.47 ）days and （11 ± 0.53） days, respectively. The healing time was significantly shorter and the healing rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The histological examination showed that the proliferation of the skeletal muscle was also much better in the experimental group. Conclusion： Both dressings have a promise in skin regeneration, the additional jifusheng showed promoting effects on wound healing significantly. Silk fibroin/ehitosan/ jifusheng is an ideal raw material for medical dressing.
