摘　　要：Oracle 8i以前,当系统出现了问题,因为没有自带工具,无法通过调取系统日志来解决问题,只有Oracle公司的技术支持能解答,因此想解决问题只有把日志打包后,发给Oracle公司,然后等待。这样做一是浪费时间,二是无法保障其安全。Oracle公司也意识到这个问题,在后续版本提供了一个可以阅读日志的工具LogMiner。文中将从7个方面详细介绍Log Miner。Before the Oracle 8i,the system exists a problem,it is no built- in tools,to solve the problem,through system log to be obtained only Oracle＇s technical support can answer,so only the log after packaging,to solve a problem to Oracle,and then wait. To do so,one is a waste of time,the other is unable to guarantee its safety. Oracle also awares of the problem,in the subsequent version it provides a tool,which can read log Log Miner. This article from seven aspects,detailed introduces the Log Miner.
