摘 要:为了优化区域冬季露地辣椒种植布局,为政策性农业保险费率提供依据。笔者基于广西1961—2013年冬季寒冻害过程最低气温资料、地理信息数据及地表反射率资料,采用统计学中的多元回归法,构建了基于地理信息与地表反射率相耦合的最低气温降尺度模型。结果表明,构建了广西区域250 m×250 m网格点逐年冬季寒冻害过程最低气温数据库,结合辣椒寒冻害等级指标,揭示了广西区域冬季露地辣椒寒冻害时空分布特征。编制广西区域露地辣椒苗期、花果期不同寒冻害等级频率图,并对广西区域露地辣椒花果期寒冻害风险等级进行划分及评述。The paper aims to optimize the open cultivation pepper planting distribution in winter and providebasis for policy-oriented agricultural insurance rate in Guangxi Province.With the lowest temperature of chillyor freezing injury process in winter of 1961 to 2013,the geographic information data,and the surfacereflectivity data in Guangxi Province,the author used the multiple regression method of statistics,set up thescale model of the lowest temperature based on integrating geographic information and the surface reflectivity.The results showed that a database of area 250 m×250 m grid point of the lowest temperature of chilly orfreezing injury process in winter of 1961 to 2013 was established.Combined with the pepper chilly or freezinginjury indexes,the time-space distribution characteristics of the open cultivation pepper chilly or freezinginjury in winter was revealed.In addition,different diagrams of chilly or freezing injury grade frequency of theopen cultivation pepper at seedling stage and blossom and fruit bearing stage were drawn,and the chilly orfreezing injury risk grades of the open cultivation pepper at blossom and fruit bearing stage were divided andevaluated.
