摘　　要：为了对浙江省休闲渔业发展战略决策提供理论依据,更好地发挥该省在全国的示范带头作用,运用AHP-SWOT分析方法,结合目前浙江省休闲渔业发展的现状对其内部优势、内部劣势、外部环境机会和外部环境威胁进行分析,并运用层次分析方法确定休闲渔业的发展战略模式。结果表明目前浙江省休闲渔业发展应采用扭转型策略与防御型策略相结合的发展模式。因此建议该省充分开拓休闲渔业的市场潜力,并加大休闲渔业的科研水平,同时利用好政府的各项优惠政策,以更好地促进休闲渔业健康持续发展。In order to choose the development strategy of recreational fishery in Zhejiang Province, so as to set an example for other regions in China, AHP-SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the internal strengths, internal weaknesses, external environmental opportunities and external environmental threats combined with the current status of recreational fishery development in Zhejiang Province. Analytic hierarchy process was also used to determine the recreational fishery development strategy mode. The results showed that the current recreational fishery development in Zhejiang Province should combine the reverse strategy and defensive strategy together. It finally came to the conclusion that the province should fully explore the potential market and increase the research level of recreational fishery, as well as take advantage of the good government policies in order to better promote the healthy and sustainable development of recreational fishery.
