摘　　要：本研究结果表明:白眉蝮蛇乌苏里亚种蛇毒中含有神经生长因子(NGF),分离纯化该种NGF是可行的。经SDS-聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳分析,NGF呈一条区带。它在20ng/ml浓度下,可刺激大鼠胚脑组织的生长。用电泳法测得NGF的分子量为45000。Nerve growth factor(NGF)was found from the venom of Agkistrodon Halys Ussuriensis and purified by means of successive, feasible method. It proved to be homogeneous by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).It stimutates in cerebral nerve tissue growth of 16 day of embryo rat at NGF concentration 20ng/ml. The molecular weight was estimated to be about 45000 by SDS-PAGE.
