摘 要:针对风力发电机的控制系统在可靠性方面存在的问题,提出一种基于Vx Works实时操作系统的PLC硬件冗余的控制方案。文中阐述风力发电机控制系统的PLC硬件冗余结构和工作原理,并给出评价系统可靠性的指标及其计算方法。通过PLC硬件冗余的设计结构图,并结合逻辑框图分析法,提出一种提高风机控制系统可靠性的方案。搭建PLC硬件冗余系统进行可靠性试验,结果表明基于Vx Works实时操作系统的PLC硬件冗余的安全性和可靠性更高,可满足风力发电机的控制需求。Against the problem of Control systems for wind turbines in terms of reliability,a scheme of PLC hardware redundancy control which is based on Vx Works real-time operating system is proposed. The structure and principles of the PLC hardware redundancy control system are introduced,and the indicator for evaluating the system's reliability and its calculation method are explained in detail. By using the PLC hardware redundancy design diagram,and combining with logic diagram analysis,the control method to improve the reliability of wind turbine control system is worked out. Some reliable tests have been done by building PLC hardware redundant system,and the results show that the security and reliability of PLC hardware redundant system based on the Vx Works real-time operating system is higher than it used to be,so the control requirements of wind turbines can be met.
