摘 要:针对以往电压稳定评估指标从有功功率或无功功率单方面去建立而导致的评估结果差异问题,该文提出了一种用于评估大规模风电场接入电网后系统静态电压稳定性的双重电压稳定指标。通过连续潮流法求取风电场接入电网后的PV曲线和VQ曲线得到节点电压随风电场发出有功功率变化的灵敏度指标和节点无功裕度指标;在此基础上,提出根据结构熵权法确定两个指标的权重系数,得到可以同时考虑有功和无功影响的双重电压稳定指标。最后通过IEEE 10机39节点标准算例验证了文中提出的双重电压稳定指标的准确性和全面性。The previous voltage stability index was merely established from the perspective of active power or reactive power,and it usually generates different results. In order to tackle this problem,this paper put forward a double static voltage stability index to evaluate the static voltage stability of the grid with large-scale wind farm connection. It obtains the sensitivity index of node voltage to the range of active power generated by the wind farm and the reactive power margin index by solving the nodes' PV curve and VQ curve via continuous power flow with wind farm connection. It proposes the weight factor between the above two indexes by structure entropy weight method and obtains the double voltage stability index which can consider both active power and reactive power. Finally it verified the veracity and comprehensiveness of the proposed double voltage stability index by the IEEE 10 machines and 39 nodes standard study case.
