摘　　要：温度控制技术是MOCVD控制系统关键技术之一,直接影响材料生长的质量。通过对温度控制系统的研究,分析了MOCVD温度控制特点,介绍了一种用于高温MOCVD设备的温度控制系统,着重讨论了温度串级控制及可变斜率控制方法在高温MOCVD设备中的应用。该系统控制效果良好,能进行稳定、均匀、高效的温度控制,为高温MOCVD的工艺研究奠下了坚实的基础。The technology about temperature control system is one of the keys of MOCVD control system,which is very related to the quality of material deposition.This paper introduces how the temperature control system is running and especially something is discussed about the application of the temperature cascade control and the control method based-on variable slope for High-Temperature MOCVD through by the research and analysis in connection with temperature control method.This system can run well and the temperature control system is stable,uniformity and very efficient.
