摘 要:采用星点设计-效应面法优化葛根黄酮纳米粒处方。以脂质硬脂酸、乳化剂泊洛沙姆188及大豆卵磷脂用量为因变量,以包封率为应变量,溶剂扩散法制备葛根黄酮固体脂质纳米粒。结果表明,二项拟合方程优于多元线性回归方程,脂质硬脂酸最佳范围为0.50g^0.65g,乳化剂泊洛沙姆188最佳范围为0.125g^0.140g,大豆卵磷脂最佳范围为0.25g^0.45g。结果证实,此范围内制得纳米粒包封率与预测值较为接近,拟合方程可较好预测实验结果。Central design-response surface method was employed to optimize the formula of puerarin flavonoids solid lipid nanoparticle (PF-SLN ) .Dosages of stearic acid ,poloxamer 188 and soybean lecithin were chosen as independent variables ,entrapment efficiency was selected as dependent variable solvent ,injection method was used to prepare PF-SLN .The results showed that binomial fitting equations of indexes were all superior to that of multi-linear regression equations .The optimal dosage of stearic acid ,poloxamer 188 and soybean lecithin were 0.50g-0.65g ,0.125g-0.14g ,0.25g-0.45g respectivel .The predictive values of entrapment efficiency were in conformity with the experimental values well .
