祖师麻凝胶膏剂的制备工艺及含量测定

摘　　要：研究祖师麻凝胶膏剂的制备工艺,并建立其含量测定方法。通过正交试验确定凝胶膏剂的制备工艺,以凝胶膏剂的初黏度、剥离性、残留量、皮肤追随性和外观质量作为评价指标;采用HPLC法测定祖师麻甲素的含量。确定的工艺条件为EDTA-2Na 0.6g、酒石酸1.2g、活性氢氧化铝0.7g、甘油130g、水250m L;HPLC测定祖师麻甲素在0.2μg^2.0μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9994)。确定的祖师麻凝胶膏剂制备工艺稳定可行,含量测定方法操作简便、可靠,适用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制。The aim of present study is to optimize preparation technology of cortex daphnes Gel Ointments and establish content determination method .Molding technology of cortex daphnes Gel Ointments was optimized by orthogonal test through the evaluation indexes of adhesive power , stripping residue ,skin following and appearance quality .The content of active ingredient daphnetin was determined by HPLC .The best formulation was as follows：EDTA-2Na 0.6g ,tartaric acid 1.2g ,activity aluminum hydroxide 0.7g ,glycerin 130g and water 250mL .The linear range of daphnetin was 0.2μg-2.0μg（r=0.9994） by the method of HPLC .This optimized preparation technology of cortex daphnes Gel Ointments is stable and practical .The analysis method is simple and reliable ,and can be used for content determination and quality control of the preparation .
