川续断中三萜皂苷类成分的研究概况

摘　　要：川续断中三萜皂苷类成分具有抗骨质疏松、增加骨密度等药理作用,临床上用于骨折、骨质增生、流产等疾病的治疗。本文从化学成分、炮制工艺、提取工艺、含量测定、药理作用及临床应用6方面综述了川续断中三萜皂苷类成分的研究进展,为川续断中三萜皂苷类成分的进一步研究和开发提供了参考。Triterpenoid saponin in Dipsacus asper Wall .,applied clinically to the treatment of fracture ,bone hyperplasia and abortion ,has the effects of anti-osteoporosis function and increasing bone density .This paper reviews the studies of triterpenoid saponin in D .sasper Wall .including the six aspects of chemical composition ,processing technology ,extraction technology ,content determination ,pharmacological action and clinical application ,so as to provide a reference for the further study and development of triterpenoidsaponin in D .asper Wall .
