摘 要:本文中采用高速摄影和图像处理技术,研究了双层交错多孔喷嘴的喷雾特性,获取了喷雾的特性参数,对比了双层交错多孔喷嘴与传统单层喷嘴的喷雾贯穿距和喷雾锥角。结果表明,双层交错多孔喷嘴喷雾贯穿距较短、喷雾锥角较大。同时建立了与定容室内喷雾发展过程的仿真模型并进行了仿真,双层交错多孔喷嘴喷雾贯穿距的仿真结果与试验数据很接近,验证了所建模型的准确性。In this paper, by using the technologies of high-speed photography and image processing, the spray characteristics of double-row staggered multi-hole nozzle is studied with the spray characteristic parameters ob- tained and the spray penetration distance and cone angle of double-row staggered muhi-hole nozzle and traditional single-row nozzle compared. The results show that the spray penetration distance of double-row staggered multi-hole nozzle is shorter and its spray cone angle is larger, compared with traditional single-row nozzle. Meanwhile a simula- tion model for spray development process in constant volume chamber is established and a simulation is conducted with the simulation result of the spray penetration distance of double-row staggered multi-hole nozzle very close to test data, verifying the correctness of the model built.
