几种纺织物红外干燥特性的实验研究

摘  要:对几种织物的红外辐射干燥过程进行了实验研究,得到几种织物红外辐射干燥时间公式。研究结果表明,在一定的辐射源距离范围内,织物的干燥时间与距离成线性关系,与织物单位面积的含水量成正比,与辐射源温度呈指数衰减关系;织物的干燥过程分为预热、匀速干燥和减速干燥3个阶段,水分的蒸发主要在匀速干燥阶段完成;在辐射源温度、距离一定的条件下,水分蒸发的速率主要取决于织物的表面特性,与含水量多少无关。The infrared radiation drying characteristics of several fabrics are researched by experiments, and drying time calculation formulas are obtained, whose variables are water content per unit area of the fabrics, temperature and distance of the radiation source. The experiment results show that, when the radiation source distance is limited in certain range, the drying time is a linear function of the radiation source distance or fabric water content per unit area, and decays exponentially on the radiation source temperature. The results also show the drying process contains three phases: preheating, uniform drying, decreasing rate of drying. And the water evaporates mostly in uniform drying phase. When the distance and the temperature of radiation source are fixed, the water evaporation speed is mainly determined by the surface characteristics of the fabrics, rather than the water content.
