摘　　要：论述了当前生产高纯多晶硅的方法,对一些方法进行了比较分析。高纯多晶硅生产方法主流是改良西门子技术。分析了新技术的发展状况,得出结论,冶金方法将不断成熟;在环境污染情况下,新硅烷方法将得到发展。This paper discusses the current production of high purity polysilicon, and comparatively analyzes some methods. The mainstream of high purity polysilieon production method is improved Siemens technology. This paper analyzes the developmental situation of new technologies, and concludes that the metallurgical method will continue to mature. In the case of environmental pollution, new silane method will get development.
