摘 要:尿素合成塔板的结构型式影响尿素合成CO2转化率,市场上多种"高效"塔板并存,工程上难以正确选择,存在"高效"塔板"CO2转化率并不高"的现象。基于计算流体力学,应用湍流模型模拟并分析了卡萨利Z型塔板和喷射型塔板气液两相流混合及流动特性,并用CO2气含率间接表征气液两相流的混合均匀程度,进而间接反映塔板的效能。在相同生产负荷下模拟不同结构"高效塔板"的CO2气含率分布,和相同结构"高效塔板"在不同生产负荷条件下CO2气含率分布的动态变化规律。模拟结果表明:相同生产负荷条件下,喷射型塔板CO2气含率较高且分布稳定、均匀;不同生产负荷条件下,喷射型塔板具有较好的操作弹性;设计良好的喷射型塔板效率高、操作弹性大、能适应变工况生产条件,具有推广、应用价值。The structure of urea synthesis plates affects the conversion rate of CO2. Though there are a variety of high efficiency plates in the market, it's difficult to choose the right plate in engineering, and there exists that high-efficiency plates work in low-efficiency state. Based on computational fluid dynamics simulation turbulence model, gas-liquid two-phase mixing and flow characteristics in Casale Z-plates and Jet-plates are analyzed, and gas holdup which further indirectly reflects the performance of plates is introduced to characterize the degree of gas-liquid two-phase mixing with CO2. The CO2 gas holdup distribution of different structure "efficiency plates" under the same production load, and the CO2 gas holdup's and production load's dynamic variation of the same " efficiency plates" under different production load have been simulated. The simulation results show that: under the same production load, the CO2 gas holdup of Jet-plates is higher and distributes stably and uniformly. Under the different production load, Jet-plates have better operational elasticity. Comprehensive analysis: A well-designed Jet-plate has high efficiency and largely operation elasticity, and it can adapt to variable production conditions, and has the value of promotion and application.
