青岛市新型城镇化SWOT分析及其推进路径

摘　　要：青岛市新型城镇化道路具有一定示范效应与借鉴价值。通过SWOT分析明确青岛市新型城镇化的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,进而提出青岛市新型城镇化的推进路径。青岛市未来新型城镇化的推进要更加重视内涵式发展,充分发挥城镇空间布局的优势,借力山东半岛蓝色经济区建设,深化户籍和土地制度等重点领域改革,统筹城乡基础设施建设和公共服务供给。The new urbanization route of Qingdao has a certain demonstration effect and reference value. By SWOT analysis,the advantages weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Qingdao＇s new urbanization were analyzed, and the promoting path was proposed. To promote the urbanization, it should be paied more attention to connotative development, take advantage of the urban spatial layout, leverage the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone construction, deepen the reform of key areas such as the household registration and land system, and balance urban and rural infrastructure and public service construction in the future.
