摘　　要：通信管道是运营商的基础战略资源,影响着运营商的网络建设和发展。通过探讨在通信管道资源的使用上建立合理的指标评估体系,可以实现对现网管道资源的使用情况和效率进行准确的分析和评估,并且根据评估结果对现有的管道资源配置不合理的地方,进行优化调整,建立合理的管道资源使用规则,从而高效率地使用通信管道资源,节省管道建设投资,达到支持通信网络可持续发展的战略目标。Communication pipeline is the basis of strategic resources of communication operators, affects the communication operator’s network construction and development. Based on the establishment of reasonable evaluation index system in the use of com-munication pipeline resources, accurate analysis and evaluation can be achieved on the current network of pipeline resources usage and efficiency, and according to the evaluation results of the local pipeline resources available, optimize them and estab-lishes reasonable rules for the use of pipeline resources. The communication pipeline resources are used effectively, to save pipeline construction investment, and achieve the strategic target of supporting sustainable development of communication network.
