摘 要:针对在永磁同步电机矢量控制算法中,电流环采用常规PID控制器会造成系统动态性能不足,稳态效果不佳等问题,根据永磁同步电机的电流状态方程推导出无差拍控制模型,取代了常规的电流环PID控制器。在永磁同步电机的调速实验中需要采用模拟信号进行观测,示波器造价昂贵,而且硬件电路系统复杂,增加了系统的不可靠性。在Lab VIEW下设计了永磁同步电机调速上位机监控软件,对数据进行发送和接收,使整个实验过程被上位机监测,降低了实验成本且数据易于保存。实验表明,该监控软件能够精确的观察实验数据,有效的代替示波器,且成功的验证了永磁同步电机无差拍矢量控制算法的有效性和可靠性。With respect to problems in the management of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector, the PID controller caused less dynamic performance of the control system, the poor steady-state effects and other issues. Based on the permanent magnet synchronous motor current state equations derived, the deadbeat control in place of current loop PID controller. LabVIEW was designed based on the following permanent magnet synchronous motor speed PC monitoring software, send and receive data, the entire permanent magnet synchronous motor speed to be monitored during the experiment, reducing the experimental cost and easy to store data. Experiments show that the monitoring software can accurately observed experimental data, effectively replaced the oscilloscope, and successful validation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control algorithm.
