摘 要:针对低速永磁同步发电机所特有的高转矩低电压的特点,利用电机设计软件对所研究的发电机的主要尺寸、永磁体尺寸、定子绕组、定子铁芯、定子槽型进行了优化设计,据此研制了一台10kW外转子低速永磁水轮发电机的样机,最后采用Ansoft Maxwell软件进行样机性能仿真和样机试验.仿真以及试验结果表明:具有斜槽定子铁芯以及分数槽集中绕组的低速永磁水轮发电机具有齿槽转矩低、效率高、输出电压谐波分量小以及波形正弦性畸变率低等一系列优点,完全满足设计要求.In terms of the characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)which has advantages of high torque and low voltage,using electric machine design software,an optimum design is developed for the PMSG in the following respects such as main dimensions,the size of the permanent magnet,stator winding,stator core and stator slot type;and a 10 kW low speed and external rotor permanent magnet generator prototype is designed accordingly.Finally,the performance of prototype is simulated by using Ansoft Maxwell software;and the prototype is tested.The simulation and test results show that the low-speed permanent magnet hydro-generator which has skew stator core and fractional slot concentrated wingding,has advantages of small cogging torque,high efficiency,small harmonic component output voltage and low waveform aberration,so as to meet the design requirements fully.
