地方高校开展协同创新的困境探索——以重庆直辖市为例

摘　　要：协同创新是国家继211工程、985工程之后的又一重大战略部署。文章从人才优势、学科及基地等科研平台方面比较了首批2011计划牵头单位和地方高校之间的差异,分析了地方高校开展协同创新存在的困难,提出了地方高校开展协同创新的探索性意见。The collaborative innovation is another major strategic deployment after the Project 211 and Project 985 by the government. It brings great opportunities and challenges for the education reform in colleges and universities in China. This paper compared the differences existed among the first planed and led units as well as the local colleges and universities in 2011 in the aspect of scientific research platforms from the talent advantages, the academic disciplines, the bases and so on. It shows the difficult in starting the collaborative innovation in the local colleges and universities and puts forward the exploratory opinions.
