摘　　要：力学系列课程是高等院校工科专业学生必须学习的一门重要专业基础课,如何有效进行力学教学改革与创新,培养一批顺应时代发展,具有创新能力、学习能力、完善自我能力并能有效解决工程实际问题的应用型人才,是高等院校教学中不断探讨的主题。文章以"三本"学生为对象,从教学理念、内容、模式及考核方式等方面提出具体的改革措施和方法。Mechanics course is an technology institutes. In order to cultivate a group of engineering students curriculum for engineering students in with innovation ability, learning ability, self-improvement ability, and problem-solving ability, teaching reform and innovation of mechanics are always an essential issue in many universities. For the independent college students, some concrete reform measures and methods from aspects of teaching idea, content, model and evaluation methods were discussed in this paper.
