天山雪莲药材与雪莲注射液指纹图谱相关性研究

摘　　要：采用HPLC法,色谱柱,Ultimate XB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相,0.06%醋酸水-0.14%醋酸甲醇,梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,检测波长260 nm,建立天山雪莲与雪莲注射液的指纹图谱,并研究两者的指纹图谱相关性.结果显示:天山雪莲标示共有峰12个,10批样品相似度大于0.85;雪莲注射液标示共有峰17个,11批样品相似度大于0.9.雪莲注射液与天山雪莲有良好的相关性.建立的指纹图谱方法准确、重复性好,可作为雪莲注射液工艺与质量的控制标准之一.To establish the fingerprints of sanssurea involucrate and xuelian injection and analyze their cor- relation, this study adopts HPLC method, Ultimate XB-C18 （4.6 ＊ 250 mm, 5 pan） as chromatographic col- umn,O.06% acetic acid solution -0.14% acetic acid in methanol（gradient elution） as mobile phase, column temperature 25 ℃ ,and detection wavelength 260 nm. The experimental results show that 12 common peaks are separated in the fingerprint of saussurea involucrate, and the similarity of 10 hatches of samples is greater than 0.85; 17 common peaks are separated in the fingerprint of xuelian injection, and the similarity of 11 batches of samples is greater than 0.90. There is a good correlation between saussurea in- volucrate and xuelian injection. We conclude that this method is accurate and highly reproducible, which can be used as one of the control standards for preparation and quality of xuelian injection.
