摘　　要：介绍了高低层连成一体建筑的基础处理方式,应用不同的基础形式,采取措施调节沉降差;探讨了双塔连体高层结构的设计思路,确保塔楼结构为高空连廊提供良好的支座边界,深化设计高空连廊的支座连接和构造措施;优选了较大层高多层裙房的结构体系,设置多道抗震防线,提高结构抗震性能的同时兼顾了经济性。The foundation treatment of high and low buildings which are connected with each other was introduced. Settlement difference was controlled by using different foundation form and special measures. The design idea of connecting twin-towers was studied. The twin-towers should provide effective support for the skybridge, the connection and construction measure of the skybridge are detailedly designed. The optimal structural system of the podium with great storey height was selected, it can provide multi - protection and improve both seismic and economical performances.
