摘  要:详细介绍了海门市公共资源交易中心大悬挑钢结构雨篷的设计和关键节点的有限元分析。该雨篷采用拱形矩形钢管网架结构,跨长97.2 m,最大拱高5 m,跨中最大外挑7 m,雨篷网架纵向主梁贯穿钢筋混凝土柱,挑梁与主梁焊接连接,并在柱内预埋钢骨。借助ABAQUS软件建立贯穿梁柱节点模型以及挑梁直接与柱表面预埋件连接节点模型,对两个模型进行了静力分析。结果表明:前者整个节点处于弹性范围,具有较大的安全储备;后者由于节点处发生混凝土的受拉破坏,导致预埋件被撕裂。可见,通过钢梁贯穿混凝土柱并预埋钢骨,可有效提高钢结构雨篷节点的抗倾覆能力,是一种安全、有效的钢结构雨篷节点形式。This paper presents the design and finite element analyses of large-cantilevered steel canopies in the context of a practical project of Haimen Trading Centre. The canopy was made up of arched grid structures of rectangular steel pipes with 97.2 m in span, 5 m in arch rise and 7 m in overhang. The primary beam runs through the reinforced concrete column with the cantilever beam attaching to the primary by welding. A steel member was embedded in the column to enhance the strength of the beam-column joint. Finite element analyses were carried out to study the behavior of the proposed connections. A comparison was made with an alternative that the steel beam is connected to the concrete column through a pre-embedded plate. The results show that the former stays in the elastic state with high safety capacity, while the latter is vulnerable to the tearing of the embedded plate due to the tensile failure of concrete at the connection. It is concluded that the proposed through-column beam together with reinforced steel members make sense for the practical design of key connection of steel canopies.
